I spent most of my life in Alberta, Canada, between being born in Lacombe, growing up in Calgary, and living in Edmonton from 2005 to 2019. The knitting, or at least the obsession with it, started in Edmonton, and so did the spinning. Now they dominate my life.
I now live in Powell River, BC. Coastal living agrees with me, and there’s something about this place that I can’t quite put my finger on, but it’s genuine and wonderful.
I used to do a lot of writing; in fact, it held the calm place in my life that knitting and spinning hold now. It’s time to get back into it, and figure out what it is I want to say.
The podcast is my attempt to live dangerously. 🙂
